Deze banden oefenen een gecontroleerde druk uit om de bloedstroom uit de spieren (veneuze terugstroom) gedeeltelijk te vertragen, terwijl de aanvoer van bloed (arteri\u00eble stroom) grotendeels behouden blijft.<\/p>\n<h3>Hoe helpt dit bij revalidatie? \ud83e\udd14<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Het mooie van BFR is dat het ons in staat stelt om <b>dezelfde spieropbouwende resultaten<\/b> te bereiken als bij zware krachttraining, maar dan met <b>veel lichtere gewichten<\/b> (vaak maar 20-30% van wat je normaal zou tillen)!<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Dit is <b>cruciaal<\/b> voor:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\"><b>Pati\u00ebnten met blessures of na een operatie:<\/b> Je kunt spierkracht en -massa behouden of opbouwen zonder de gewrichten of het herstellende weefsel te zwaar te belasten.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\"><b>Mensen met chronische pijn:<\/b> Het vermindert de belasting en pijn tijdens de oefening.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\"><b>Het versnellen van herstel:<\/b> Het helpt de spieren sneller te reageren, zelfs als je nog niet volledig mag belasten.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>De Voordelen op een rij:<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\">\u2705 <b>Spiergroei met lichte gewichten:<\/b> Ideaal in vroege revalidatiefasen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\">\u2705 <b>Minder stress<\/b> op je gewrichten, pezen en ligamenten.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\">\u2705 <b>Sneller herstel<\/b> van kracht en spiermassa.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,3,0\">\u2705 <b>Verbetering van de conditie<\/b> van je spieren.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Is het Veilig?<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b>Absoluut.<\/b> BFR wordt wereldwijd gebruikt door topsporters en in klinische revalidatie. De druk wordt door mij, als getrainde kinesist, nauwkeurig ingesteld en constant gemonitord.
