een waardevolle manier om opnieuw verbinding te maken met jezelf \u2013 om te vertragen, te voelen, bewust te bewegen, en<br \/>met meer aandacht in het leven te staan.<\/p>\n<h4>HOE MAKEN WE DIT MOGELIJK?<\/h4>\n<p>Ons aanbod is er voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een unieke vorm van beweging die invloed heeft op zowel het lichaam als de geest. De lessen worden gegeven in kleine groepen en worden aangepast aan jouw niveau, flexibiliteit en kracht. Er worden verschillende modificaties aangereikt zodat iedereen op een veilige manier kan deelnemen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>HATHA YOGA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hatha yoga is een van de oudste en meest beoefende vormen van yoga. Het woord Hatha<br \/>komt van de Sanskrietwoorden ha (zon) en tha (maan) en symboliseert zo de balans tussen<br \/>tegenpolen: kracht en flexibiliteit, actie en ontspanning.<br \/>Hatha yoga legt de nadruk op het beheersen van het lichaam en de ademhaling. Tijdens de<br \/>les houden we verschillende houdingen gecontroleerd aan waardoor het lichaam krachtiger<br \/>en flexibeler wordt. In combinatie met de aandacht voor onze ademhaling vallen hierbij ook<br \/>onze gedachten stil. We connecteren opnieuw met ons lichaam en sluiten de buitenwereld<br \/>even uit.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>YIN YOGA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In Yin yoga worden houdingen langer vastgehouden, zo heb je meer tijd om je grenzen te<br \/>verkennen en te verleggen. Deze vorm van yoga is ontworpen om de dieperliggende spieren<br \/>en het bindweefsel te rekken en te versterken. Het doel is om spanning in het lichaam los te<br \/>laten en zo de flexibiliteit te vergroten.
