Door het aanreiken van verschillende modificaties kan iedereen op een veilige en verantwoorde manier deelnemen.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h2>Hatha Yoga<\/h2>\n        <p>\n          Hatha yoga is een van de oudste en meest beoefende stromingen binnen de yoga. Het woord vindt zijn oorsprong in het Sanskriet, waarbij <em>ha<\/em> (zon) en <em>tha<\/em> (maan) symbool staan voor de perfecte balans tussen tegenpolen: kracht en flexibiliteit, actie en diepe ontspanning.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Deze vorm legt de nadruk op het beheersen van het lichaam en de ademhaling. Tijdens de sessie houden we verschillende houdingen (asana's) statisch en gecontroleerd aan, waardoor het spierstelsel krachtiger en flexibeler wordt. Dit geeft je de ruimte en de tijd om je fysieke en mentale grenzen rustig te verkennen \u00e9n te verleggen. \n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Waar Hatha focust op spierkracht, is Yin yoga specifiek ontworpen om de dieperliggende weefsels, zoals het bindweefsel (fascia), pezen en gewrichten, te rekken en te versterken.
