Het richt zich op het systematisch ontwikkelen van stabiliteit, uithoudingsvermogen en pure kracht in de dieper gelegen kernspieren.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Tijdens de <strong>\u201cStart to Core\u201d<\/strong> lessen focussen we in de eerste fase nauwgezet op core stabiliteit en uithoudingsvermogen vanuit de *inner core* \u2014 het fundament van ons bewegingsapparaat. Dit omvat alle spieren die de wervelkolom direct omsluiten en beschermen, met als primair doel het cre\u00ebren van intervertebrale stabiliteit zonder ongewenste compensatie of beweging in de romp.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h2>Van activering naar dynamische controle<\/h2>\n        <p>\n          Zodra de inner core een stabiele basis vormt, zetten we de volgende anatomische stap binnen het trainingsprogramma:\n        <\/p>\n        <ul class=\"kb-detail-list\">\n          <li>\n            <span class=\"kb-list-title\">Activering van de outer core<\/span>\n            <span>Wanneer de diepe stabiliteit gegarandeerd is, introduceren we gecontroleerde rompbewegingen en grotere krachtprikkels om de oppervlakkige core-musculatuur functioneel te versterken.<\/span>\n          <\/li>\n          <li>\n            <span class=\"kb-list-title\">Gewrichtsstabiliteit & balans<\/span>\n            <span>Core-stabiliteit gaat hand in hand met evenwicht.
